Bio, kurz gesagt
Die aus Irland stammende Elaine Loebenstein ist eine gefeierte Pianistin, die für ihre improvisierten Soundtracks für Stummfilme bekannt ist. Als ausgebildete Begleiterin hat sie ein besonderes Interesse an klassischer Improvisation und kombiniert diese Leidenschaft mit ihrer Sensibilität und ihrem Feingefühl als erfahrene Pianistin, die auf die Filmkunst mit interaktivem, spontanem Musizieren reagiert. Loebenstein komponiert in Echtzeit am Klavier und reagiert auf das Visuelle mit improvisierter Musik, die im Moment entsteht.
